Terms of use
Effective from the public launch of KStream. Interim text; Kit's legal team owns the final wording.
1. The service
KStream is a video-on-demand service operated by Kit. It lets you stream films and series that Kit publishes, on the devices listed in Help.
2. Your account
You need an account to watch. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete it at any time from your profile.
3. Acceptable use
Content is for personal, non-commercial viewing. Do not copy, record, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent access controls, and do not use automated tools against the service.
4. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Titles may be added or removed and features may change. We will announce material changes to these terms in the app.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kit is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
